High School Hero (1946) - The Teen-Agers #3

Poor Frankie Darro's pants are practically pulled up to his armpits in some scenes. Noel Neill was awesome yet again. I particularly enjoyed the running gag with one of the students who couldn't pull himself away from his comic book to watch the various dance routines. Freezeframe showed him reading All-Star Comics #29 which happens to be the only issue of that comic that I own (not the best story but Dr. Midnite and Green Lantern have some good bits.)
